“I am writing to express my delight at the excellence of the finishes in the building, the attractive ambience, the efficient air-conditioning, the quality of the catering equipment and fit-out, the pleasant meeting rooms with lots of floor boxes, and our offices which are going to be very pleasant areas in which to work. I am delighted with this and I want to pay tribute to you, the team, who have worked so hard to make Millbank House the success it is. I believe that this is a project and a building of which you should be very proud indeed. Please do pass this e-mail to Peter Chana who has been instrumental to us achieving such a good result.”

“It was a pleasure working with you - thank you for all your hard work keeping people together - I always think it's important for large teams to have mutual respect for everyone and I think you instilled that.”

“Peter was deeply respected at Pfizer as a project manager that got the job done whatever the difficulties. He delivered a complex portfolio of refurbishment projects for laboratories and office facilities. It was a pleasure to work with him on these projects.”
-
“I reported to Peter during our company’s commission at Pfizer. This appointment required us to deliver new research facilities within the confines of the existing building shell. Peter was a natural leader, focused on the project objectives, however still with an eye for detail and an ability to identify the core of an issue. Working for Peter I observed the level of dedication, commitment, adaptability and knowledge that is required to be a successful Project Manager. This was complimented by his first class selection of “softer skills” that were used to manage a project team on a daily basis to achieve success. Peter was my unofficial mentor for 6 years, in which time he helped me to overcome many challenges that I faced as a new professional to the industry, through calling upon his logical and flexible approach to project delivery.”

“I just wanted to drop you a line and say how much I have enjoyed working with you, we faced some big challenges in Kent and I like to think we proved equal to them. You and your team were a pleasure to work with, always professional and at pains to ensure the customer got the best possible product. If the opportunity arose again to work with you I would certainly jump at the chance.”
