Thames Tower.

Thames Tower is a residential tower block in #Leicester, which was completed in 1969 as part of a wider movement to modernise the UK’s residential housing market.

We are providing client side project management services to Pinnacle Property Management Ltd for the cladding remediation and fire safety works to the tower.

Over the past year we have supported the funding and planning processes and, following the appointment of Alumet, works are now progressing with pace on site with works planned to complete late summer this year.
